Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with GTI Haus ("we", "us", "our"). By using gtihaus.co.ke or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About GTI Haus

GTI Haus is a Kenyan-based specialist retailer of performance and OEM parts for Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG) vehicles. We stock parts for Golf, Jetta, A3, Scirocco, and Polo models (MK4–MK7.5). Our physical address is Kings Serenity, Ongata Rongai, Kenya.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the contract is formed only when we send you an order-confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, stock unavailability).
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete billing and shipping details.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept M-Pesa, PayPal, and card payments via our secure payment gateways. We do not store card details on our servers.
Prices are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the one displayed at the time you complete checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return an unused, uninstalled item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items that are damaged due to incorrect installation, modified, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.
Electrical components, special-order items, and items explicitly marked as non-returnable are excluded from our returns policy.
To initiate a return, email info@gtihaus.co.ke with your order number and reason.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Product Compatibility

It is your responsibility to verify that a part is compatible with your specific vehicle before ordering. We provide fitment information as guidance only. GTI Haus is not liable for any part ordered for the wrong application.

7. Warranty

OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Aftermarket parts carry the warranty stated on the product listing. Warranty claims arising from improper installation are void. Contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase to raise a claim.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, GTI Haus's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including vehicle downtime or labour costs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, descriptions) is the property of GTI Haus or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
