Orders & Payment
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. You'll need to create an account (or log in) and provide a shipping address. Payment is completed at the final step.
We accept M-Pesa, PayPal, and major debit/credit cards via our secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted; we never store your card details.

Parts & Compatibility
Each product listing includes fitment information specifying the compatible models and years. Always cross-reference with your vehicle's chassis number (VIN) or consult your workshop if you're unsure. If you need help confirming fitment, send us a message — we're happy to check.
Both. Product listings clearly indicate whether an item is OEM, OE-equivalent, or an aftermarket brand. We only list aftermarket parts from suppliers we trust.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide across Kenya. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.
Nairobi orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Upcountry orders usually take 2–4 business days depending on your location and the courier. See our Delivery & Shipping page for full details.
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account and view the current status under My Orders.
Returns & Warranty
Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy page for the full process.
Email us at info@gtihaus.co.ke with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Aftermarket parts carry the warranty stated on the product listing. Warranty is void if a part is incorrectly installed.
