Delivery & Shipping

We ship nationwide across Kenya. All orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed and paid before 12:00 noon EAT on a business day are typically processed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends are processed the next business day.

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Destination Estimated Delivery
Nairobi & surrounds 1–2 business days
Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret) 2–3 business days
Other upcountry locations 3–5 business days

Timeframes are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control are not our liability.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on parcel weight and delivery zone. The exact cost will be shown before you confirm payment — there are no hidden charges.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status at any time by logging in and visiting My Orders.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us at info@gtihaus.co.ke and we'll investigate.

5. Failed or Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notification and attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a collection point. If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at an additional shipping cost.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us immediately at info@gtihaus.co.ke with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Large or Bulky Items

Some items (e.g. full exhaust systems, body panels) may require freight delivery. If your order qualifies, we will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements and any additional costs before dispatch.
